She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Larry Adams; her mother, Lucy B. LeLeux; three daughters, Deidre Adams, Skye Hair, and Joelle Adams; sister, Sandra and her husband, Steve Simon; two grandchildren, Jessica and Destiny Hair, all of Leleux; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph LeLeux; and brother, Joel LeLeux.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Patricia Adams' memory to IBC Hospice, Post Office Box 930, Youngsville, LA 70592.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m.
