Lillie Appel Theall

January 31, 1922 — February 24, 2013

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at a 3:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. James Catholic Church honoring the life of Lillie Appel Theall, 91, who died Sunday, February 24, 2013 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at Esther Community Cemetery with Father Emmanuel Fernandez officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Troy Theall, William Appel, Barry Pierce, Steve Gaspard, Keith Baudoin and Julien Schexnider. Honorary pallbearers will be Weston Theall, Blake Bourque, Bram Hinckley and Aden Gaspard. Lectors will be Weston Theall and Jade Baudoin. Gift bearers will be Madalyn Theall Bourque and Morgan Comeaux. Eulogy will be delivered by Heidi Baudoin, Haley Bourque and Heather Gaspard.

She is survived by her
daughter, Willa Mae Theall; grandchildren, Troy Theall, Monique Nunez, Nanette Theall, Madalyn Theall Bourque, Heidi Baudoin, Cassie Theall, and Heather Gaspard; great grandchildren, Leah, Melana, Delana, Amber, Ashley, Julien, Haley, Weston, Jade, Blake, Bram, Morgan, Zoe, Aden, and Ava; great-great grandchildren, Adaleigh and Sutton; and step great grandchildren, Drewe, Brianna, Jansen and Bryce.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Weston Theall; parents, Henry William Appel and
Eulalia Domingue Appel; brother, Wilma Appel; sons, Walter Theall and George "Dom" Theall; and great grandson, Ryan Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, February 25, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, February 26, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
