She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Kevin Hebert, Duane Hebert, Neal Bomersbach, Larry Domingue, Jimmy Dale Domingue and Timmy Landry.
Eunice was a seamstress for many years. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and took pride in her roses. She loved cooking for her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce M. Bomersbach of Abbeville; three grandsons, Kevin Hebert and his wife, Magen of Erath, Duane Hebert and his wife, Myra of Abbeville, and Neal Bomersbach and his wife, Christi of Abbeville; nine great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren; brother, Leewood Domingue and his wife, Eula of Erath; and sister-in-law, Hortense "Noon" Bourque of Abbeville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Mouton; parents, Pellessier Domingue and the former Evia Goutierrez; sister, Edith Delahoussaye; and six brothers, Ledier Domingue, Edier Domingue, Dudley Domingue, Willie Domingue, J.C. Domingue and Edward Domingue; and sons-in-law, Renis Hebert and Frank Bomersbach.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
The family would like to offer a sincere thank you to the wonderful staff of Maison du Monde Living Center for their kindness, compassion and gentle care given to Mrs. Eunice.
