Willis S. Boudoin

July 17, 1925 — April 20, 2013

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Willis S. Boudoin, 87, who died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Kendal Faulk officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marie Hebert Boudoin of Kaplan; one son, Mark W. Boudoin and his wife, Cassie of Rayne; one daughter, Patricia and her husband, Jay Langlinais of Kaplan; one foster son, Russell Abshire and his wife, Callie of Kaplan; one sister, Hilda Racca of Kaplan; ten grandchildren, Pamela Broussard of Sulphur, Colby and Blaine Broussard, both of Kaplan, Mitchell Boudoin of Houston, TX, Gabe and Logan Boudoin, both of Rayne, Christopher Abshire of Kaplan, Joshua Abshire of New Iberia, Jed Abshire of Kaplan, and Dawn Vigneaux of Kaplan; one step-grandson, Dustin Langlinais of Kaplan; and three great grandchildren, Alexus and Katelyn Dugas, both of Sulphur, and Richard Colvin of Junction, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dupre Odilion Boudoin and the former Eucretia Hebert; and three brothers, Galvey, Galbert, and Minos Boudoin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 2 p.m. until services on Monday, April 22, 2013. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Sunday evening.
