Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Maudrey G. Breaux, 78, who died Friday, May 24, 2013 at Lafayette General Medical Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend William C. Blanda officiating the services.

She is survived by one son, Samuel Charles Breaux of New Iberia; four daughters, Nola Jeannine and her husband, Robert Marceaux of Maurice, Debra B. Trahan of Maurice, Anna B. Scott of Carencro, and Rebecca B. and her husband, Kevin LaSalle of Kaplan; one sister, Dorothy G. Johnson of Lafayette; one brother-in-law, Elwood J. Breaux of Lafayette; 17 nieces; 13 nephews; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy G. Breaux; one son, Harris Paul Breaux; her parents, Archie Paul Guillory and the former Nola Suire; and two brothers, Audrey and Leroy Guillory.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 8 a.m. until the procession departs for the church at 10:45 a.m.
