Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Tommy Bourque, 50, who died Friday, June 7, 2013 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at St. Anne Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Tonya Vincent Bourque of Forked Island; one son, Scott Hebert of Forked Island; two daughters, Sara Ami Bourque of Forked Island and Crystal Furlow and her husband, Keith Ferrell of Forked Island; three sisters, Sarah Hebert of New Mexico, Sharon Bourque of Forked Island, and Lula Bourque of New Iberia; two brothers, Wilton "Te Ta" Hebert of Nunez and Sonny Bourque of Forked Island; and two grandchildren, Hunter Ferrell and Braiden Ferrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Artise Joseph Bourque and the former Terzile Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, June 10, 2013 from 9 a.m. until services on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Monday.
