Rosa Marie Desormeaux

She will be laid to rest at St. Alphonsus Cemetery with Deacon Tim Marcantel officiating the services.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Avenel Desormeaux; three sons, Roely Desormeaux and his wife Clara, Roland Desormeaux and his wife Fayetta and Carroll Desormeaux and his wife Linda; two daughters, Verna Broussard and Helen Foreman and her husband Leewood; fifteen grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph Baudoin and the former Edia Lege; two brothers, Dalton Baudoin and Milton Baudoin; two infant sisters, Joan Baudoin and Edith Baudoin; a great grandchild, Louis Desormeaux; and two son-in-laws, Purvis Hebert and Gilbert Tribe.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, June 30, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; the funeral home will remain open until time of services Monday July 1, 2013.
