Neal Patrick Lormand

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Neal Patrick Lormand, 51, who died Friday, July 19, 2013 at Jennings American Legion Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Abshire Cemetery with Brother Jimmy Thibodeaux officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, Monica Lormand of Kaplan; two sons, Brennon Neal Lormand of Lafayette and Japheth Lormand of Kaplan; one daughter, Paige Nicole Lormand of Kaplan; two grandchildren, Hunter Romero and Asa Hargrave, both of Kaplan; three sisters, Sandra and her husband, Ray Guidry of Gueydan, Trudy and her husband, Jimmy Gaspard of Breaux Bridge, and Yvonne Lormand of Lafayette; seven brothers, Steve Lormand and his wife, Beth of Bossier City, Kenneth Lormand and his wife, Amy of Baton Rouge, Sandy Lormand and his wife, Roxanne of Kaplan, Phil Lormand and his wife, Linda of Kaplan, Chris Lormand of Shreveport, Brian Lormand of Baton Rouge, and Scott Lormand of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stafford Lormand and the former Annette Trahan; his sister-in-law, Britt Guillot Roberson; and his nephew, Jacob Lormand.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 12 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Friday, July 26, 2013 from 8 a.m. until services.
