Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Clifford Joseph Stelly, 84, who died Monday, August 5, 2013 at Abbeville General Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Immaculate Conception Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.

He is survived by his special friend, Joyce Nunez; sons, Wyndal Stelly and his wife, Judy, Blaine Stelly and his wife, Susan, and Shelly Stelly; daughters, Charlene and her husband, Chris Toups, Mona and her husband, Keith Bernard, and Dena and her husband, Keith Gaspard; daughters-in-law, Susan L. Stelly and Laura L. Stelly, all of Forked Island; 22 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Della Rung Stelly; his second wife, Eula Gaspard Stelly; his parents, Lodias Stelly Jr. and the former Lelia Hebert; two sons, Randal and Lesley Stelly; two brothers, Harvey and Carlton Stelly; and one sister, Mary Lynn Lege.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, August 7, 2013, from 8 a.m. until services.
