Kaplan — Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 23, 2013 at Kaplan Cemetery honoring the life of Esma Nunez Rochelle, 96, who died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Abbeville General Hospital. Reverend Johnathan Janise will be officiating the services.

She is survived by her four grandchildren, Cheryl B. and her husband, Conroy J. Vincent of Kaplan, Jed M. Boudreaux of Covington, Cloris J. Boudreaux and his wife, Madelon of Kaplan, and Rona B. and her husband, Dwayne Landry of Kaplan; nine great grandchildren, Kate L. Vincent, Claire V. Guidry, Hunter J. Boudreaux, Beau J. Boudreaux, Brooke L. Boudreaux, Andy J. Boudreaux, Bailey B. Marks, Chloe J. Garner, and Cainwyn M. Garner; and seven great-great granchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clobule Nunez and the former Emitile Menard; her husband, Andrew Clay Rochelle; one daughter, Ruby B. Boudreaux; one brother, Walter Nunez; two sisters, Eula Dronet and Mildred Arceneaux; and one great grandson, Andy Caleb Boudreaux.
