Alice Whittle Meaux

She is survived by her two sons, Carl Ophe Meaux and his wife, Kelly of Dalton, GA, and Paul Penn; five daughters, Mary Ann Broussard of Lafayette, Kathy Penn Choate of Dallas, Mary Penn, Genavive Penn, and Belinda Penn Landry of Delcambre; sister, Dorothy Mae Maronge of Abbeville; thirteen granddchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ophe Meaux, Sr.; parents, Wilbert Whittle and the former Pauline Suire; sisters, Marylyn Whittle, Isabell Whittle Harrington, Lillian Whittle Jones, and Lula Mae LeBlanc.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
