Clement Comesana, Sr.

He will be laid to rest at Garden Of Memories Cemetery in Metairie.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Champagne Comesana of Nunez; five sons, Clement Comesana, Jr. and his wife, Marilyn of Kenner, Ronald J. Comesana of New Hampshire, Ernest J. Comesana of Theall, Steven Michael Comesana and his wife, Mona of Alexandria, and Thomas Joseph Comesana of Theall; sixteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emilio Comesana and the former Mary Stebetz; sisters, Olivia Martin, O'Rena DiCarlo, Helen Schultz, Lola Riviere, Linda Comesana, Violet Comesana, and Valentina Ruiz; brothers, Guzman Ruiz and Freddie Ruiz; daughter-in-law, Susan Irene Richardson Comesana; parents-in-law, Ernest and Nita Hebert Champagne; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Champagne Pousson.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m; Monday, September 30, 2013 at Garden Of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana from 11:00 a.m. until time of services.
