Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Earline V. Trahan, 86, who died Friday, September 27, 2013 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

She is survived by her two sons, Wyman Trahan and Manvis "Papoo" Trahan of Kaplan; one sister, Priscilla Stansel of Gueydan; two brothers, Rives Vincent of South Carolina and Sidney Vincent of Morse; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivy Trahan; her parents, Saul Vincent and the former Lillian Guidry; and three sisters.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 8 a.m. until services.
