He will be laid to rest at LeBlanc Community Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Norris Istre, Ricky Menard, Sr., Kenneth Suire, II, Ashley Sonnier, Jennifer Barras and Jason Briggs. Honorary pallbearers will be Anna Sonnier, Ricky Menard, Jr. and Murphy Suire.
He is survived by his brother, Jean O. Boudreaux of Abbeville; and three sisters, Beverly Frederick, Delores Boudreaux and Theresa Sonnier all of Abbeville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred Boudreaux and the former Marie Istre; brother, Cyprien Boudreaux; and sisters, Evelyn Rodrigue, Genevieve Boudreaux, Marie Aline Suire and Louise Desormeaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until of services. A rosary will be prayed at 1:00 p.m.
