He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with the cousin of deceased Rev. Steven C. LeBlanc officiating the services.
He is survived by his son, Scott LeBlanc and his wife, Brooke of Abbeville; daughter, Leah Katherine LeBlanc of Lafayette and her fiance, George Lae, III; mother, Eula Ann Bouillion LeBlanc of Abbeville; brother, Roy Louis LeBlanc, Jr. and his wife, Belinda of Carmel, IN; sister, Margaret LeBlanc Trahan and her husband, David of Abbeville; granddaughter, Madilynn Claire LeBlanc; nieces, Elise LeBlanc May, Kelly LeBlanc Frost, Laura Anne Trahan and Elizabeth Claire Trahan; and friend, Phyllis LeBlanc.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Louis LeBlanc, Sr.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 300 Pere Megret Street, on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be prayed at 10:15 a.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Charles Randal LeBlanc's memory to Mt. Carmel Elementary, 405 Park Ave., Abbeville, LA 70510 or Vermilion Catholic High School,425 Park Ave., Abbeville, LA 70510.
