Amy Palombo Touchet

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Monday, April 28, 2014 at a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Amy  Palombo Touchet, 97, who died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Maison du Monde Living Center.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Neil  Pettit  officiating the services.

She is survived by her daughter, Joan T. Harrington and her husband Kenneth "My Love"; son, Michael McNeeley; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Touchet Dooley; four grandchildren, Greg Harrington, Jackie Trahan, Suzette Broussard and Bryan Touchet; and nine great grandchildren, Tyler Harrington, Kennedy Harrington, Etienne Trahan, Emile Trahan, Luke Broussard, Phillip Broussard, Thomas Broussard, Kylie Touchet and Cannon Touchet .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Denis Touchet; son, Glen Touchet; and parents, Armond Palombo and the former Maude Stelly; and her siblings, Chester Palombo, Curley Palombo and Helen P. Boudreaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 300 Pere Megret Street, on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.  A rosary will be prayed at 10:30 a.m.
