Pecan Island—Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Pecan Island Community Cemetery honoring the life of Ethel Broussard, 84, who died Friday, May 16, 2014 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Pecan Island Community Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda and her husband, Terry Burroughs of Johnson Bayou; and one sister, Ernestine Davis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Broussard; and one son Ricky Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall on Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 1 p.m. until services.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Southern Care Hospice 127 Williamsburg St. Lake Charles, LA 70605 or a Childrens or Indigent organization of your choice.
