Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2008, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, for Elizabeth Duhon LeBlanc, 90 of Abbeville, who died Saturday, August 02, 2008 at her residence. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery with Fr. Greg Chauvin celebrating the funeral Mass. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Beth Parker and husband Leon of Mauriceville, TX; three sons, Anthony LeBlanc of Houston, TX, David Lee LeBlanc and wife Sarah of Nunez, and Paul O’Neil LeBlanc and wife Judy of Abbeville; a brother, George Duhon of Port Arthur, TX; twelve grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy “Black” LeBlanc; parents, Mr. and Mrs. David and Noemie LeBlanc Duhon; two brothers, Leo and Ernest Duhon; a sister, Marie Monteau; daughter-in-law, Dianne V. LeBlanc; and a grandson, Clay Anthony Broussard. Visitation will be held at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South Saint Charles Street, Abbeville, Monday, August 4, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday August 5, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
