Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2014 at a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Mark Daniel LeJeune, 58, who died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Fr. Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of nine years, Nancy Boulet LeJeune of Kaplan; his mother, Enesia "Poon" Hebert LeJeune of Basile; two sons, Ryan LeJeune and his wife, Jessica of Kinder and Curry LeJeune of Basile; one daughter, Mandy Thibodeaux Ardoin of Kaplan; seven grandchildren, Taylor Thibodeaux, Gage LeJeune, Mia Ardoin, Ava LeJeune, Aubrie LeJeune, Alex LeJeune, and Colt LeJeune; and one brother, Carl LeJeune and his wife, Jeanette of Crowley.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Alexander LeJeune; and his father, Hillray LeJeune.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 8 a.m. until services.
