Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Christopher Lynn Menard, 39, who died Monday, July 14, 2014 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Nunez Baptist Cemetery with Brother Daniel Goodman officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Dylan Menard of Erath; one daughter, Alyssa Menard of Erath; his parents, George and Deborah Menard of Monroe; two sisters, Elizabeth Crouch of Lincoln, Nebraska and Michelle Flory of West Monroe; and his maternal grandparents, Robert and Ella Davidson.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ovey Joseph Menard and the former Anna Maxie Harrington.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 8 a.m. until services.
