He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery with Pastor Steve Delino officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Joshua Hebert, Jeremy Romero, Eric Bowen, Joshua Saunier, Grant Gary and Brandon Curtsinger. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Hebert, Tyler Bowen, Jarett Hebert and David Falgout.
He was a loving father, son, brother and friend. Jonathan made everybody smile that met him, even strangers. Jonathan had a love and passion for fishing. "We will always love you Jonny Boy; we know you are catching the big fish with grandpa".
He is survived by his children, Kinley Jolie Hebert, Kolston Michael Hebert and Khason Matthew Hebert; mother, Lynnette Romero Hebert; father, Chris Hebert and his wife Alice Carol Theriot of Abbeville; twin brother, Joshua Adam Hebert of Erath; sisters, Crystal Lynn Hebert of Lafayette and Tiffany Marie Hebert of Abbeville; maternal grandparents, Mildred Desormeaux Delcambre of Delcambre and Whitney Romero of New Iberia; paternal grandmother, Ella Bertrand Hebert of Erath; step brothers, Luther Abbott of Abbeville and Tommy Theriot of Abbeville; mother of his children, Dianna DeRousselle; nieces and nephews, Jordan Desormeaux, Alexander Hebert, Reese Thibeaux and Aubree Abbott; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and everyone in Christ who called him brother.
He was preceded in death by his son, Hunter Jean Hebert; grandfather, Dudley Jean Hebert; and step grandfather, Leo Delcambre.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
