Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at a 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Terry Landry Schexnider Owen, 53, who died Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Abshire Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of three years, Christopher Owen of North Charleston, SC; one son, Mitchell Schexnider and his wife, Chelsey Guillory Schexnider of Kaplan; one daughter, Abby Schexnider and her husband, Jude Savoie of Erath; four grandchildren, Micaela Schexnider, David Schexnider, Luke Schexnider, and Celeste Savoie; her ex-husband, Kendall Schexnider of Erath; one sister, Leigh Landry and her husband, Bill Ford of Kansas City, KS; and her parents, John Riley Landry and the former Diana Seaux.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Ted Landry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, August 25, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, August, 26, 2014 from 8 a.m. until services.
