Anna Louise Bourque

August 15, 1929 — September 16, 2008

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Anna Louise Bourque, 79, who died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery with Pastor Ted B. Cox officiating the services.

She is survived by four daughters, Rose Bourque of Kaplan, Betty Bourque of Kaplan, Donathilde Abshire and her husband John of Forked Island, and Abigail Bertrand and her husband Mitchel of Abbeville; two brothers, Alton Bourque of New Iberia and Etienne Bourque Jr. of Kaplan; one sister, Berry Jane Comeaux of Crowley; seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Roy Bourque; her parents, Etienne Bourque Sr. and the former Elise Hulin; and several brothers and sisters.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, September 18, 2008 from 10 a.m. until services on Friday.
