Edmond Harrington

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, September 21, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Edmond Harrington, 80, who died Friday, September 19, 2008 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.

He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by one brother-in-law, Rodney Manceaux and his wife Jaynell of Kaplan; one sister-in-law, Eula and her husband Dennis LaBry of Kaplan; two half-brothers, Lloyd Guidry of Lafayette and John Guidry of Crowley; and good friend, Janelle Landry of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Manceaux; second wife, Inez Primeaux Manceaux; parents, Olifide Harrington and the former Ida LeMaire; three half-brothers, Elridge Guidry Jr., Joseph Rodney Guidry,and Norris Guidry; and one sister, Marie Edmay Harrington.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Sunday, September 20, from 8 a.m. until services.
