Euphemie Romero

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 29, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Euphemie LeBouef Romero, 81, who died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at Broussard Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

She is survived by two sons, Whitney Romero Jr. and his wife Mary Ann of Nunez and Willis J. Romero and his wife Juanita of Meaux; three daughters, Dolores and her husband Dewey Derouen of Abbeville, Joanna and her husband Leroy Hebert of Kaplan, and Wilda and her husband Farrell Fontenot of Nunez; one sister, Annie Mae Primeaux of Kaplan; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Whitney Romero Sr.; one grandchild, Heather Renee' Hebert; and eleven brothers and sisters.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, September 29, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. until services with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 a.m.
