Marlene Broussard Baudoin
November 7, 1939 — October 4, 2014
She was laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Reverend Kendall Faulk officiating the services. Pallbearers were Terry Broussard, Kenneth Leger, Chad Rogers, Michael Bernard and Clint Dugas. Honorary pallbearers were Todd Broussard, Neil Broussard, Chris Broussard, and Kyle Baudoin. Readers for the service were Maddie Baudoin and Rose Broussard. Lectors for the service were Maddie Baudoin and Rose Broussard.
Marlene was a homemaker, a good mother and wife, she was kind hearted to everyone. She was a Lay minister of the Eucharist at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Abbeville, LA and was a current member at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Nachitoches, LA. She is with her Savior and Lord to suffer no more and will be missed very much by all. She was so loved. Thanks to everyone who shares in our sorrow.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gene Baudoin; son, Dr. Bryan Baudoin and his wife, Wendy; grandson, Kyle Baudoin; granddaughter, Maddie Baudoin; and a brother, Terry Broussard and his wife, Rose.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis Broussard and the former Aline Theriot; daughter, Gwendolyn Baudoin; and grandson, Justin Baudoin.
