Allen Louis Frederick

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at a 12:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Allen Louis Frederick, 85, who died Monday, October 6, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by two sons, Terry Allen Frederick and his wife Martha of Jeanerette and Ricky James Frederick and his wife Raenell of Kaplan; two daughters, Barbara Frederick Benoit and her husband Harry L. Benoit of Crowley and Mary Lynn Frederick of Kaplan; two sisters, Verline Frederick of Kaplan, Doe Frederick of Sulphur, and Ethel Pepper of Metairie; twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Hebert Frederick; two sons, Joey Daren Frederick and Danny Robert Frederick; one great grandson, Matthew Cawyer; three brothers, Loveless, Lenwood, and Reynold Frederick; and one sister, Maudrey Frederick.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday, October 8, from 8 a.m. until the procession departs for the church.
