Gueydan—Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan honoring the life of Edward Arsene Arpin, 85, who died Friday, October 24, 2014 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Gueydan Cemetery with Reverend Corey Campeaux officiating the services.

He is survived by his three daughters, Geraldine Trahan and her Fiance, Puppy Dog of Gueydan, Debra Marceaux of Gueydan, and Diane and her husband, Terry Fontenot of Jennings; his special nephew, Edward Rizzuto of Gueydan; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Arpin and the former Hattie Hall; two sisters, Florence Rizzuto and Helen Lewis; his daughter, Peggy Arpin; and his granddaughter, Sonni Trahan .

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan, 311 Fourth Street, on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from from 8 a.m. until services.
