Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Victorine Scott Vincent, 94, who died Friday, October 24, 2014 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Pecan Island Community Cemetery with Rev. Thurman Floyd officiating the services.
She is survived by her two daughters, Merle Koch of Kaplan and Carmel and her husband Bobby Broussard of Patterson; her five grandchildren, Kristi Ikerd of Kaplan, Alvin Koch of Clinton Township, MI, McRay Koch and his wife Karen of Kaplan, Scott Broussard and his wife Edie of Kingwood, TX, and Bryan Broussard and his wife Barbara of Youngsville; and ten great grandchildren, Evan, Laura, Jess, and Therese Koch, Macy Ikerd, Kade, Eric, Jillian, Megan and Laila Broussard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, McCoy Vincent; her parents, Paul and Cleona Scott; an infant brother, Paul Scott; her twin sister, Victoria Dyson; her brother-in-law, Ira Dyson; one granddaughter, Vicki Marie Koch; and one great granddaughter, Jessica Elise Broussard.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 9 a.m. until services.
