She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Tad Richard, Parrish Richard, Scott Robin, Chuck LeBlanc, Darrell Broussard and Jeremy Cobb.
She is survived by her two sons, Douglas Richard of Abbeville and Mark Richard and friend Julie O'bryant of Nashville, AR; daughter, Susan R. Robin of Abbeville; two sisters, Lucille LeBlanc and Mable Meaux both of Abbeville; grandsons, Parrish Richard, Tad Richard and Scott Robin; granddaughters, DeaAnn Richard, Carrie Gaston, Ellen Broussard, Kami Frey and Michelle Robin; ten great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Duras Richard; parents, Charles Baudoin and the former Alida Frederick; and two sisters, Leona Broussard and Mathilde Choate.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6:30 p.m.; Friday, October 31, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
