Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 24, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Thomas Baudoin, 77, who died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by one son, Thomas "Sandy" Baudoin Jr. of Napierville, Illinois; three daughters, Anne Baudoin Johnson and her husband Clyde of Kaplan, Lori Baudoin Holcomb of Kingwood, Texas, and Julia Baudoin Hollier and her husband Carl of Kaplan; six grandchildren, Joshua Hollier, Courtney Hollier, Hank Holcomb, Claire Holcomb, Maddie Baudoin, and Jack Baudoin; one brother, Preston Baudoin of Baton Rouge; and two sisters, Ruby Hargrave and Maudry LeBlanc, both of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Simon Baudoin; one brother, Roy Baudoin; and his parents, Rene Baudoin and the former Elvina Schexnider.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6:30 p.m.; Friday, October 24, from 8 a.m. until services.
