He is survived by his wife, Beverly Richard Levy; daughter, Janice Noel and her husband John; granddaughter, Lynna Surat and her husband Justin; and a brother, Ira Levy of Portland, ME.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Levy and the former Ada Westerman.
