Ronald Vaughn

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, November 24, 2008 at a 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Ronald Vaughn, 64, who died Friday, November 21, 2008 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at LeMaire Cemetery with Reverend William Rogalla officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Annliese Leykamm Vaughn of Cow Island; three sons, Michael Vaughn and his wife Susan of Payson, Utah, Brian Vaughn of Cow Island and Wayne Vaughn of Kaplan; one daughter, Natasha Vaughn of Cow Island; four grandchildren, Summer Vaughn, Emme Vaughn, Zachary Vaughn and Jada Hebert; three brothers, Shelby, Alvin Ray and David Vaughn all of Cow Island and two sisters, Dorsey Dean Stelly of Forked Island and Margie Hargrave of Cow Island.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reynold and Wilda Vaughn.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, November 23, 2008 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 6 p.m.; Monday from 8 a.m. until services.
