Hiram Paul Broussard

June 4, 1936 — November 25, 2008

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Hiram Paul Broussard, Jr., 72, who died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at his residence.
He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Greg Chauvin officiating the services. Pallbearers include Kirby Dubois, Francis Sonnier, Jr., Russell DeHart, Butch DeHart, Eric Broussard and Damian DeMarcy.
He is survived by his wife, Velma LeBlanc Broussard of Abbeville; a brother, Adam Broussard and wife Marlene of Abbeville; a sister, Earline DeMarcy and husband Ray of Abbeville; and two brother-in-laws, John Sagrera of New Iberia and Obey LeBlanc of Leesville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hiram Paul Broussard, Sr.; mother, Nolia Huval Broussard; brothers, John and Alcide Broussard and a infant brother; and a sister, Elaine Sagrera.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, November 27, 2008 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed 7:00 p.m.; and they will reopen on Friday, November 28, 2008, at 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
