Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Sandra Faye Guidry, 53, who died Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at Greene Cemetery with Pastor Lloyd Sowers officiating the services.

She is survived by two sons, Warren Bourque and Paul Bourque, both of Abbeville; her father, Warren Allen Guidry of Forked Island; two sisters, Donna Stelly of Forked Island and Cheryl Bouillion of Houston, Texas; one grandchild, Derrian Gaspard of Abbeville; and a special friend, Steve Vorhees of Kaplan.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Hargrave; her brother, Rickey Guidry; maternal grandparents, Milton Hargrave, and the former Alice Langlinais; and paternal grandparents, Gus Guidry and the former Gladys Baudoin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, December 12, 2008 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.; Saturday, December 13, from 8 a.m. until services.
