Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Carol B. Trahan, 75, who died Sunday, March 15, 2015 at LA Extended Care Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Cedric Sonnier officiating the services.

She is survived by her daughter, Tina and her husband Buddy Vincent of Kaplan; her two grandchildren, Lance Vincent of Kaplan and Lucas Vincent and his wife Jenna of Abbeville; two great grandchildren, Evelyn Claire Vincent and Henry Lucas Vincent; and four sisters, Daveene and her husband Vernes Gallet of Kaplan, Loretta and her husband Raymond Davidson of Abbeville, Pauline and her husband Percy Vincent of Kaplan and Jackie and her husband Russel Melancon of Kaplan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo D. Trahan; and her parents, Otis Broussard and the former Esther Kimball.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, March 16, 2015 from 9 a.m. until services, with a rosary being prayed at 10:30 a.m.
