Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Marlin “Dean” Hargrave, 75, who died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Cedric Sonnier officiating the services.

He is survived by his two brothers, William Hargrave, Jr. of Kinder and Richard Hargrave of Jennings.

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Evelyn Meaux Hargrave; his parents, William Hargrave and the former Enole Kershaw; one brother, Norman Hargrave; and one sister, Mary Hargrave.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 8 a.m. until services.
