Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church honoring the life of Griffin Reaux, 87, who died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Leroy Community Cemetery with Reverend Johnathan Janise officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Laura Mae Reaux of Indian Bayou; three sons, Randy James Reaux and his wife, Yvonne of Scott, Kent Reaux and his wife, Christine of Rayne, and Joseph Ted Reaux and his wife, Christina of Indian Bayou; one daughter, Vicki Marie Reaux and her husband, Jimmy Vice of Leroy; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand Reaux and the former Tesila LaBry; one son, Blaine Paul Reaux; and one grandson, Blaine Paul Reaux, Jr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 8 a.m. until services.
