Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Monday, December 22, 2008 at a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Audrey Simon, 78, who died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Alphonsus Cemetery with Reverend Joseph Breaux officiating the services. Pallbearers include Kelly Crabtree, Kasey Crabtree, Jasper Crabtree, Kevin Simon, Glenn Gaspard, Ricky Montagne and Kelli Crabtree.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth W. Duhon and wife Barbara and Samuel Simon and wife Judy all of Maurice; grandchildren, Donna Crabtree and husband Kelly of Cantonment, FL. and Kevin Simon of Youngsville; great grandchildren, Kelli, Kasey and Jasper Crabtree of Cantonment, FL.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Adolph Duhon; second husband, Watson Simon; son, Kevin Simon; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Felix and Olga Petry Montagne; brothers, Warren and Daniel Montagne; and a sister, Helen Cannella.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, December 21, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to prayed at 7:00 p.m., they will reopen on Monday, December 22, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
