Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Sabry Broussard Jr., 62, who died Monday, December 22, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Noah Langley officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie Broussard of Kaplan; one son, Jared Broussard and his wife Veronica of Kaplan; his mother, Estelle Hargrave of Kaplan; two brothers, Collins Broussard of New Iberia and Floyd Broussard of Huntsville, Alabama; and one sister, Laura Hebert of Lafayette.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sebray Broussard; and his stepfather, Dadin Hargrave.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 from 12 p.m. until services on Wednesday, December 24.
