December 13, 1916 — January 15, 2009

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Joseph Faulk, 92, who died Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Paul Roy Eleazar officiating the services.

He was preceded in death by by his mother, Leocadia Faulk Guidry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, January 19, 2009 from 9 a.m. until services with a rosary being prayed at 12 p.m.
