Thomas "Tom-T" Trahan

Gueydan—Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan honoring the life of Thomas "Tom-T" Trahan, 54, who died Sunday, February 1, 2009. He will be laid to rest at Gueydan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by his mother, Rita Mae Simon of Gueydan; his stepfather, Calise Belaire of Gueydan; three sons, Justin Trahan of Abbeville, Cory Trahan of Lake Arthur and Adam Trahan of Lake Arthur; one daughter, Brandy Trahan of Morse; three brothers, Daniel Trahan of Houston, Texas, Kenneth Trahan of Gueydan, and Robbin Trahan of Gueydan; two sisters, Cathy Trahan and Roxanne Fruge, both of Crowley; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernes Trahan; and one son, Cason Trahan.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan, 311 Fourth Street, on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Thursday, February 5, from 8 a.m. until services.
