Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, July 20, 2015 at a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Jennie Madeleine Hebert, 60, who died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Kendal Faulk officiating the services.

She is survived by her son, Ryan Hebert and his wife, Ali of Kaplan; two grandchildren, Aneliese and Ava Hebert, both of Kaplan; her parents, Minus Mouton and Jane LeBlanc Mouton of Kaplan; one sister, Charlene and her husband, Andre Dubus of Kaplan; and two brothers, Reuben Mouton and James Mouton and his wife, Melana of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Hebert.
