April 5, 1919 — August 20, 2015
Mrs. Una was faithful and devoted to God and her family. She loved to have a good time and enjoyed planting flowers, playing cards, and playing bingo. She was the very best and most amazing wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great grandmother to us. She will always hold such a uniquely special place in each of our hearts and will be greatly missed!
She is survived by her two sons, Bob Lemaire and his wife, Dolly of Lafayette and Wayne J. Lemaire and his wife, Bernell of Kaplan; three daughters, Deborah and her husband, Roy Salas of Lafayette, Sandra Lemaire and Slim Leger of Kaplan, and Cecile and her husband, John Blackmer of Kaplan; two sisters, Elodie Broussard of Maurice and Ethel Meaux of Kaplan; one brother, Jean Hebert of Lake Charles; 15 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Will Paul Lemaire; and her parents, Romeal Hebert and the former Louise Vincent.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 6 p.m.; Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 9 a.m. until services.
