Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Kenneth Wayne Copell, 65, who died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery with Reverend John Vining officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth Wayne Meaux of Abbeville; daughter, Susan Cruz Lopez of Galliano; five grandchildren, Andre Meaux, Brannigan Meaux, Caleb Meaux, Harmony Meaux and Tyana Meaux; mother, Fern Copell of Abbeville; two brothers, Tommy Copell and Troy Copell both of Abbeville; and two sisters, Kathy Copell of Abbeville and Barbara Copell of New Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roland Copell.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, August 14, 2015 from noon until 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until of services.
