Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Russell Dale LeMaire, 62, who died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Dylan LeMaire, Quentin LeMaire, Brett Bertrand, Slade Hollier, Brian Hollier, and Wesley LeMaire, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Beverly Hargrave LeMaire of Kaplan; one daughter, Radina and her husband, Brian Hollier of Cow Island; two sons, Shane LeMaire and his wife, Charissa of Kaplan and Marcus LeMaire and his wife, Sarah of Kaplan; his parents, Ruby and Dudley LeMaire of Cow Island; one brother, Wesley LeMaire, Sr. and his wife, Priscilla of Gueydan; two sisters, Arlene Choate of Pecan Island and Dannette and her husband, Chad Duhon of Indian Bayou; one sister-in-law, Bertha Jane LeMaire of Kaplan; and eight grandchildren, Dylan LeMaire, Madeline LeMaire, Quentin LeMaire, Shanie LeMaire, Brett Bertrand, Slade Hollier, Max Hollier, and Riley Hollier.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Darrell Paul LeMaire.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 8 a.m. until services.
