Joseph Oran Duhon, Jr.

He will be laid to rest at Landry Cemetery with Deacon Tim Marcantel officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Clarence Duhon, Barry Delahoussaye, Louis Marceaux, Vincent Alexis, Edward Duhon, Jr., and Davis Miguez.
He is survived by his longtime friend and companion, Betty Doucet Landry; two sisters, Lenora Duhon Stelly and Suzette Duhon Bonin; five nieces and nephews, Damien Stelly, Gena Stelly, Michelle LaBauve Delahoussaye, Angelle Bonin and Annette Soirez; five great nieces and nephews, Alana Stelly, Alexis Stelly, Abby Stelly, Kayden Delahoussaye and Karson Delahoussaye, and a godchild, Edward Duhon, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Oran Duhon and the former Virmae Soirez; paternal grandparents, Clenest Duhon and the former Rosella Cabrol; maternal grandparents, Jesus Soirez and the former Annie Landry; brother, Josey Soirez and godfather, Edward Duhon,Sr.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
