Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Jason Vincent Adams, 49, who died Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.

He is survived by his three daughters, Lauren Adams of Lafayette, Fallon Henry and Katie Henry both of Dallas, Texas; his mother, Yvonne Adams of Kaplan; two sisters, Vanessa Adams of Pelham, Alabama and Annette Baudoin of Abbeville; and two brothers, Corey Adams of Lafayette and Boyd Adams of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his father; Sheldon Adams; his paternal grandparents, Amadus and Flavie Vincent Adams; and his maternal grandparents, Avnair and Theoza Hebert .

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, November 9, 2015 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, November 10, from 9 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
