Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Monday, April 6, 2009 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Pearly Mae Viator Richard, 89, who died Friday, April 3, 2009 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.

She is survived by one son, Jerry Richard of Abbeville; one brother, Wilbert Viator of New Iberia; and one sister, Delta Boudreaux of New Iberia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Felicien Richard; parents,Mr. and Mrs. Claude Viator ; one brother, Claude Viator, Jr. and one sister, Wilda Viator.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, April 5, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Monday, April 6, 2009 from from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
