KAPLAN—Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 1, 2016 at Jamestown Family Chapel honoring the life of Connie Campbell Sepulvado, 58, who died Sunday, December 20, 2015 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Chester A. Courville of Kaplan; three sons, Gregory Allen Welch of Provencal, Craig Christopher Welch of Baton Rouge, and Roy Elden Bynog of Wisner; Three brothers, Pat Campbell, Howard Campbell, and Ronnie Campbell, all of Shreveport; five sisters, Bobbie Provost of Bossier City, Betty Hardy of Bossier City, Beverly Eguia of Shreveport, Debbie Smith of Natchitoches, and Cathy Talbot of Natchitoches; and 20 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Ray Campbell and the former Gertrude Gilcrease; and one brother, Billy Campbell.
